2025 - I've been riding since 1991 and this is the first official scooter club I’ve joined since 1995. Spending the weekend with the Secret Servix ladies at Mile High Mayhem sealed the deal - I finally found my place!

My dogs Millie (chihuahua mix) and Lui (greyhound mix - lurcher) pretty much come first, scooter rallies with swimming pools, traveling, hotel bars, old time diners, my 1971 Super Beetle and cruising with my VW club, my 2015 VW TDI Sportwagen (manual unicorn), going to car meets with my husband Majid, dancing, music - pretty much everything but 60s garage, psychedelic, soul is top, breakfast, pastries and cake, chocolate sauce on vanilla ice cream, urban planning, geography, and hanging out with friends with wine or cocktails or just coffee.
Dislikes
Selfish/mean people, drivers who don’t use turn signals or who cut the line, super spicy food, hangovers, my work commute (it's too far to ride a scooter).
Funny Moment
One time at the Victoria Scooter Rally I had to borrow a friend's P200 because my Vespa Primavera was not running. I wore miniskirts/minidresses pretty much daily then. As we were all leaving the rally picnic, I put the scooter into gear, popped a wheelie, and when I came back down I put the front brake on too much so then I popped up and over the handlebars. The scooter didn't go down but a lot of scooter boys got a pretty good show that day and the color of my underwear was the talk of the rally for the next two days. There was also a time when I wore a hooded flight jacket - the hood was lined with (I think real) fur (vintage). In a drunken moment at a scooter rally, my awkward self told a friend that I like to "pet" the fur and I heard "would you like to pet my fur" at every rally for the next few years.
